  • Virtual and In-Person Consultations: Professional guidance in digital estate planning, tech education, and support.
  • Subscription Plans: Monthly subscription services for ongoing support and consultations.
  • One-Time Services: Customized services such as Legacy Planning, Apple Data Backup & Restoration, and more.
  • Digital Safety Guidance: Helping clients safeguard personal information and navigate the digital world confidently.
  • Online Transactions: Secure online checkout for all services and subscriptions.



3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.



4. Payment Terms

  • Subscription Fees: Subscription services are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize Talon Crest to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • One-Time Services: Fees for one-time services are due at the time of booking or service delivery.
  • Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.




5. Cancellation Policy

  • One-Time Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of $50.
  • Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations made after the billing cycle begins will not be refunded for that month. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Emergency Support Services: Once confirmed, emergency support services are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

In compliance with Texas Estates Code § 402.003 and § 752.1145, Talon Crest Technology provides services related to digital estate planning.

Services include:

  • Legacy Planning packages like Legacy Checklists, Legacy Keeper, and Legacy: Curated.
  • Guidance on designating a digital executor to manage your digital assets.

It is your responsibility to ensure your digital estate plan complies with applicable laws and service providers' terms.



8. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.



9. Emergency Support

For urgent technical assistance, Talon Crest offers emergency support via phone. This service is subject to availability and additional fees.



10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talon Crest Technology, LLC shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
  • Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and any personal information stored therein.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
