3. Account Registration and Security

4. Payment Terms
- Subscription Fees: Subscription services are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize Talon Crest to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- One-Time Services: Fees for one-time services are due at the time of booking or service delivery.
- Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
5. Cancellation Policy
- One-Time Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of $50.
- Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations made after the billing cycle begins will not be refunded for that month. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Emergency Support Services: Once confirmed, emergency support services are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
